Auto Detailing

“I went camping in 100°+ weather, and my toiletries and food exploded all over fabric car seats, and then the sun baked it all in. I reached out to a bunch of detailing businesses on Yelp. These ladies were the only ones to get back to me, and they returned my call pretty quickly, too.

They quoted me $50 to clean all the front and back seats, even though I warned them that it was pretty bad. (Bonus: 10% off, if you check in there on Yelp!)

When I got there, they were friendly and courteous, and I didn’t have to wait long, despite coming in later than my appointment time.

They spent over two hours fighting those stains on my seat, cleaning and re-cleaning, and basically worked a miracle. While the seats were drying, they washed the camping dust off my car, cleaned the interior, and performed another miracle: got some packing tape that had baked onto the car paint, impossible for me to remove, after my pathetic temporary repair job following a break-in, off. (This was a really hard task and took them a lot of work.)

After all this, I was getting nervous about what the bill was going to come to, since they had originally said it’d be 30-60 min, and we were past the 2 hour mark, acc they’d find a lot more than the seats we originally discussed. But in the end, they still only charged me the quoted price minus 10% Yelp discount, so I gave them a good tip (which they almost wouldn’t accept).

Overall: Very positive experience, good people, my car hasn’t looked this good since I bought it, and I’d definitely recommend then.

Tip: They are usually only there 4:30-7:30pm, at least in the summer, so I suggest calling before you come in.”

”I’m orginally from Mandan, now live in Rochester, MN and was back helping my 80+ year old Dad to sell some old cars. I had scheduled an appt. to have one of them (the dirtiest one) detailed. I’d researched several detailing places and their prices were utterly ridiculous by comparison. I liked that your website detailed your packages with the prices listed and I could choose what worked and know what I would pay. I didn’t have internet at my Dad’s so I had to call and leave a message to try to make an appt. and you called me back within the hour. I explained the situation and we set an appt. Then, by some strange twist of fate, the car sold before the appt. and I felt bad, but my own van needed a cleaning so I called again and explained the change in my situation and asked if I might switch vehicles and keep the appt. I wanted you to have a heads up as it was now a van and not a car and might take more time. Again, you returned my call right away and were very accommodating. I brought my van in and was met by two very friendly women who worked a miracle on my van. It hasn’t looked that good since I bought it. I was really happy to be able to give a like-new van to my Dad to replace the cars he’d sold. They also took both cash and credit card when my change in vehicle cost a bit more than my original appointment. I’m all for women-led businesses and these ladies are phenomenal and reasonable and personable and I would highly recommend them for any vehicle from the antique roadster, to the everyday junk heap you drive around day-to-day. Guaranteed it will look better than it ever has when they’re done with it. Thank you both. ”
